PX4-based autopilot on Snapdragon Flight for Fixed-wing UAV platform

The Zangão V is designed and manufactured by SkyDrones, a Brazilian company developing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs/drones) since 2008. It is an aerial platform with sophisticated onboard electronics capable of carrying different image capture systems.

According to SkyDrones, the platform’s instrumentation and control systems enable highly stable flights with reduced operational training time, high payload capacity, and exceptional reliability.

With a modern and efficient design, the Zangão V supports various cameras and sensors to produce ortho-rectified maps, terrain/surface models, 3D point clouds, and NDVI maps for agriculture. Infrared sensors can map and detect issues in power distribution networks.
